About The Position

The Inside Sales Coordinator will assist the JFW Commercial Sales Team by providing various administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative experience and/or background is required
  • Basic working experience with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook
  • Experience working with adobe and/or other publishing software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be punctual and reliable

Nice To Haves

  • Additional training in administration, business or other related courses is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with quote creation
  • Assist with customer proposal creation
  • Assist with presentations
  • Assist with distribution of quotes, proposals, and presentations to customers as needed
  • Manage the commercial CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Assign sales leads within the CRM
  • Set up new users in the CRM
  • Train new Commercial Account Managers on the CRM
  • Oversee distribution of retail referral leads
  • Contact Commercial Account Managers (CAMs) as needed to update their lead status
  • Track wins/losses and report for commissionable purposes
  • Coordinate lead generation for CAMs
  • Assist in scheduling appointments
  • Manage all lead generation systems
  • Qualify and distribute warm leads to the sales team
  • Hit assigned monthly targets for new lead generation
  • Find and qualify new opportunities
  • Introduce the company and solutions to the customer
  • Warm the relationship and opportunity to pass to outside sales
  • Facilitate the steps through delivery of items are finalized
  • Provide oversight on submitted orders for accuracy in product, customer information, payment terms, etc.
  • Communicate ETAs, shipping updates, delivery timelines, and site readiness
  • Own the communication between the customer, operations, sales, and installation
  • Manage unforeseen delays and site readiness issues and communicate to all necessary parties
  • Oversee all open service needs for the assigned sales team
  • Provide communication and coordination with the service team and 3rd party to achieve resolution
  • Establish a continuous line of communication with the customer and sales as the process progresses to resolution at every step of the process
  • Own the service process from identification of issue through resolution with communication to all parties
  • Coordinate open accounts receivables between sales, accounting, and the customer
  • Update the status on AR document
  • Proactively contact the customer for updates on payment status
  • Collect payments as needed
  • Provide W9, COIs, invoices, etc. as needed to assist with swift payment
  • Performs other duties as assigned
