About The Position

The Inside Sales Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across the Advantage Program. This position supports Residential, Commercial, and Dealer channels, serving as a central resource for customer engagement, sales enablement, and operational coordination.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED (a bachelor’s degree or related professional sales certifications preferred)
  • 1+ years in outbound/telemarketing sales or related sales experience
  • 2+ years in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple support center operations systems
  • Strong selling and business-development skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high quality, customer-focused service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to decipher customer concerns and translate them into business solutions
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support for the Residential Advantage Program, including assisting customers, operations, and contributing to the internal growth and development of the program.
  • Generate Advantage end-of-term upgrades for residential customers, ensuring smooth transitions and timely execution.
  • Support Business Development initiatives by assisting with outreach, lead generation, and expanding the Service Experts and Advantage Program footprint.
  • Provide responsive customer support for Advantage Commercial and Dealer clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, and Product) to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends to help shape future program enhancements and service strategies.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and customers to ensure timely progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and support reporting efforts.
