About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultants to join our team and help us transform the lives of our customers. This role involves selling hearing solutions by connecting with customers, coordinating appointments, and supporting them through their trial period. We offer in-depth training from day one, allowing you to earn commission from the start. This is not a car sales-type role; our focus is on empathetic, solution-driven sales to improve customers' quality of life.

Requirements

  • Ambitious go-getter with a winner’s mentality.
  • Great empathy: A natural ability to understand and connect with customers.
  • Strong sales skills: Proven success in phone sales with an emphasis on empathy and solution-driven approaches.
  • Growth mindset: Strong work ethic and desire to learn, adapt, and improve.
  • Ability to learn new systems/technology (Salesforce, Twilio, Zoom, Outlook, Chrome).
  • Ability to multi-task, work within a team, and possess strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous.
  • Commitment to 90-day training.
  • Reliable network connectivity: Must be able to hardwire to home network with download speed above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified leads with a goal of understanding each customer's unique needs and guiding them toward personalized hearing care solutions.
  • Schedule appointments between customers and our network of partner providers.
  • Guide customers through their 45-day trial period, ensuring complete satisfaction with their devices.
