About The Position

ION Solar is one of the nation's fastest-growing, full-service residential solar companies. With offices in eight states across the country and a growing workforce of over 700 employees, ION Solar is providing a simple, affordable way for homeowners to switch to solar. As a Sales Rep on our growing sales team at ION Solar, you'll reach out to existing potential customers, asking them meaningful questions to better understand their needs and help to educate them on the environmental and financial benefits of converting to renewable energy. You'll work with customers and will manage the full sales cycle from the initial call to the close.

Requirements

Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Proven inside sales experience
