About The Position
TRA is seeking a Sales Closer for their Evening Shift (Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM). This role involves closing deals, keeping clients happy, and presenting tax solutions. You will work with warm leads that are ready to move forward. The schedule allows for mornings free and full weekends off.
Requirements
- Strong phone sales experience is required
- Proven closer with a track record of turning conversations into signed deals
- Comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment
- Experienced with CRM systems
- High energy, patient, and great at building rapport
Nice To Haves
- Background in tax, mortgage, real estate, debt settlement, or any high-ticket phone closing is a big plus
