Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multi-task
• Tech-savvy and able to learn various computer programs and internet-based software
• MUST HAVE A VALID MARYLAND AND/OR VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE LICENSE

Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming inquiries via calls, texts, and emails
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service
• Manage and update CRM and sales pipeline systems
• Connect and pair clients with the right Outside Sales Agent for their needs
• Maintain relationships and engage with past clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and achieve collective goals
