About The Position

Drive Growth Through B2B Sales with SMBs Nationwide! Ready to build a career in B2B sales? As an Inside Sales Associate at Townsquare Interactive, you’ll partner with small and medium-sized businesses across the country, helping them grow through our portfolio of digital marketing and business management solutions. In this role, you’ll work directly with business owners to understand their goals, identify challenges, and deliver solutions that make a measurable impact on their success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience (SaaS experience a plus)
  • A proven ability to close and consistently exceed quota
  • Strong virtual presentation and communication skills
  • High energy and self-motivation—you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with SMB clients or across diverse industries (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outbound outreach through virtual demos and closing new business
  • Drive consistent outbound activity to generate and develop new opportunities with SMB owners nationwide
  • Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand business goals and marketing challenges
  • Present tailored digital marketing and business management solutions that deliver measurable results
  • Manage and advance a healthy sales pipeline while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Leverage CRM tools and data to track activity, forecast accurately, and drive performance
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to share best practices and elevate overall team success
  • Focus on new client acquisition in a high-energy inside sales environment (no account management)
