About The Position

The Account Executive (Inside Sales) plays a key role in driving revenue growth by converting high-quality opportunities within Federated Wireless’s existing customer ecosystem. This inside sales-focused role centers on engaging inbound interest, expanding current customer relationships, and closing new product opportunities. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and company leadership to bring innovative, software-driven solutions to market, supported by a strong technical team that will help you quickly build product knowledge and credibility. Federated Wireless is rapidly evolving its portfolio with AI-driven capabilities across spectrum management, network optimization, and data insights. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to emerging technologies while helping customers adopt next-generation software-defined solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated, self-starting seller seeking accelerated career growth, increased ownership, and a clear path into more senior Account Executive responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in software or technology sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage customers, especially within existing or warm customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions for customers
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently and drive outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with some ambiguity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in inside sales or account management
  • B2B sales experience
  • Exposure to technology, telecom and/or SaaS industries
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions

Responsibilities

  • Support sales opportunities within an existing base of customers and warm leads
  • Engage inbound interest and ecosystem-driven opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align solutions
  • Close deals from warm leads
  • Upsell current customers to new and premium services
  • Partner with Product for demos and technical validation
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and go-to-market approach
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM (forecasting, activity tracking, deal progression)
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process
