About The Position

Rhino-Back Roofing is expanding and hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Appointment Setter to join their growing team. This is not an entry-level position. Experienced outbound callers who are confident on the phone, competitive, coachable, and driven by performance are sought. The role involves building rapport, overcoming objections, and scheduling qualified roof inspections for the outside sales team. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy turning conversations into appointments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or call center experience
  • Proven ability to consistently handle a high call volume
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
  • Confident overcoming objections and controlling conversations
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • CRM experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train you!)

Responsibilities

  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads
  • Follow up with homeowners via phone and text
  • Build trust and educate homeowners on our roofing services
  • Schedule free roof inspections for the sales team - overcome objections and confidently ask for the appointment
  • Track activity and follow-ups inside our CRM
  • Consistently hit daily and weekly performance goals
