About The Position

We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to serve as the engine of our client's sales pipeline. This role is not just about making contact; it’s about mastering the art of digital conversation and maintaining a pristine CRM ecosystem. You will be the first point of contact for the client's brand, leveraging email and LinkedIn to turn cold prospects into warm opportunities while collaborating directly with leadership to sharpen their market approach. This role exists to act as the frontline engine of the revenue growth by transforming cold market data into high-value relationships, to bridge the gap between initial prospect curiosity and qualified sales opportunities, and to ensure the sales pipeline is fueled by high-integrity data and consistent, professional communication.

Requirements

  • Spent at least 2 years in an Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR role, specifically within the IT or professional services sector
  • Mastered LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM workflows to manage a high volume of daily activities
  • Built and executed email campaigns that resulted in measurable increases in meeting bookings
  • Translated complex service offerings into clear, benefit-driven conversations for decision-makers
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps
  • Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage
  • Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor
  • Backup Device: Must be functional during power interruptions
  • A functioning webcam
  • A noise-canceling USB headset
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space
  • A smartphone for communication and verification purposes

Responsibilities

  • Generating a consistent stream of qualified leads through aggressive LinkedIn outreach and strategic email sequencing
  • Maintaining a 100% accurate "source of truth" in the CRM, ensuring every lead is tracked, tagged, and followed up on
  • Vetting prospects against the ICP to ensure the leadership team spends time only on high-probability opportunities
  • Crafting personalized messages that cut through the noise and position the IT services as the premier solution
  • Systematically addressing prospect concerns to move them from "not interested" to "tell me more"
