Requirements

  • A self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine enthusiasm for sales and business development
  • Comfort picking up the phone and initiating conversations with new people
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology tools
  • A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn

  • Prior sales, customer service, or lead generation experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients across target industries and geographies
  • Build and maintain lists of qualified leads using online tools, databases, and outreach platforms
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision makers
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off warm prospects to senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progress in the CRM
  • Support the CEO with sales research, market intelligence, and special projects as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to refine messaging and targeting over time
