About The Position

Come join our award-winning team as the Inside Sales and Events Coordinator at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott located in Draper. Position is full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, and some weekends as needed. Requirements

1-2 years of previous hospitality or events experience.
Outgoing personality a must.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Well organized and extremely detailed oriented.

Responsibilities

Responsible for booking all meeting and group rooms and ensuring that communication between the client and hotel staff is maintained
Assisting General Manager, Director of Sales and individual Account Executives with all sales related activities
Assist with event planning, set-up, service and take-down
Follow up on sales leads
Provide an impressive service experience for all clients and guests during every encounter
Establish a stellar and loyal working relationship with top and target accounts
Will be trained on Front Desk and act as backup Guest Services Agent as needed.
