About The Position

LocaliQ is seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative (Events) to help local businesses grow their visibility and revenue through event-based advertising, sponsorships, and promotional partnerships. This role owns the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and pipeline development to presenting solutions and closing new business. This is a high-performance sales opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by uncapped commission potential. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of proven sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account acquisition preferred)
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota expectations
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Confident communicator with strong phone presence and closing ability
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and competitive
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or media/advertising sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close new business
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets
  • Conduct daily outbound outreach to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs)
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline using Salesforce CRM
  • Present event sponsorship and advertising solutions to business decision-makers
  • Partner with internal teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, notes, and activity tracking in CRM
