About The Position

Olly Olly helps small businesses market themselves online and is looking for someone who wants to build a career in sales. No sales background is required, as the company provides comprehensive training. New hires will spend their initial 30 days on the phones learning the product and pitch before transitioning into a full Account Executive role with their own book of business. The role involves helping small business owners improve their online presence, including local search visibility and advertising, to attract more customers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
• Drive to learn, compete, work hard, and keep improving.
• Comfortable making cold calls every day.
• Competitive, coachable, and motivated by seeing a direct connection between effort and results.
• Ability to apply feedback quickly, stay consistent, and take ownership of results.
• Recent grads: no sales experience required. We’ll teach you the sales process and give you the coaching and tools to succeed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, bartending, restaurants, coaching, team sports, or the military.
• Experienced reps who are tired of a capped plan and want a floor that actually rewards production.

Responsibilities

• Making 80 to 100 outbound calls a day to connect with small business owners
• Learning and adhering to a proven sales process
• Building and managing a sales pipeline
• Collaborating with the local sales team and manager
