Do you have a strong background in relationship building and a true passion for sales and for providing customers with the best solution? We are looking for inside sales representatives with strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, as well as the desire to build lasting customer relationships in an environment focused on both transactions and relationships. The person in this role will be responsible for selling Dell products and services by phone, online, or email to targeted customer segments, while ensuring a positive customer experience. You will participate in the 13-week Dell Technologies Sales Academy, an onsite sales training program where you will receive in-depth training on our products, Dell's sales model, and our internal tools. During training, you will gain hands-on experience with the support of a dedicated peer mentor and live coaching on the training floor. The Dell Technologies Sales Academy aims to introduce candidates to our company, culture, and values. This experience will give you a good understanding of our solutions and product portfolio, while teaching you the essential skills to become an excellent salesperson. We also offer continuous training throughout the year to systematically develop your technical and sales skills. Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1 to 3 years of general sales experience or customer-facing professional role
  • Ability to effectively use software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Results-oriented team player with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage small business accounts to increase the number of new buyers and retain and grow existing customers.
  • Make over 30 outbound calls per day and accumulate over 3 hours of talk time per day, while managing sales opportunities and emails, with the goal of selling to new potential customers or evolving current customer products and services.
  • Provide an exceptional experience to small business customers by advising them on the best technologies to support their business success.
  • Sell Dell's entire Client portfolio, including desktops, laptops, services, and accessories.
  • Qualify and identify projects in Enterprise categories such as servers, networking, storage, data protection, and cloud computing.
  • Continue to learn and develop your technical and commercial skills to create advancement opportunities.
  • Take advantage of flexibility to accumulate volunteer hours in community service and participate in our employee-led groups, which offer a space for people with common characteristics or experiences to connect, network, and contribute to the workplace.
