About The Position

The Account Executive - Inside Sales role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing professional clients in the skincare and beauty industry, such as dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and med spas. This position serves as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product recommendations, and order placements. The role requires achieving sales targets, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and introducing ZO Skin Health's product portfolio to prospective clients. The Account Executive will also educate clients on product protocols and best practices, collaborate with field sales representatives, and monitor sales performance. Key responsibilities include processing orders, resolving customer issues, and maintaining detailed records in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
  • CRM Salesforce experience preferred
  • Knowledge of professional skincare products and industry trends.
  • Previous experience working with dermatologists or med spas.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Adaptive, responsive individual able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment; handles pressures well; adjusts plans to meet changing needs.
  • Must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance.
  • Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Office Programs and Project Management systems to retrieve information, generate documents, organize project plans/schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Must also be able to maintain and preserve confidentiality of company information, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, including international affiliates.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing professional clients (e.g., dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas).

  • Educate clients on ZO Skin Health protocols, best practices, and retail opportunities.
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to support customer needs and align on territory strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and trends within the assigned region.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on account performance and pipeline management.
