The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recruiting experience, be confident in sourcing through various platforms like LinkedIn and job boards, and be able to manage multiple opportunities effectively. This is a high-impact position with visibility to leadership within a fast-growing company, where your work directly contributes to the company's progress.
