About The Position

Blaine Brothers, a Minnesota-based family-owned distributor, is hiring an Inside Parts Sales Specialist at its Scanlon location. The position receives customer orders by telephone or walk-in contact, through outside sales, and from other departments. It provides customer service and product guidance, completes orders, maintains accurate records of product movement and order status, supports inventory management, and assists Outside Sales as needed. The posting lists a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 a.m.–4 p.m. and a 10% shift differential. The salary is $25–$30; the posting does not specify the pay period. Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in and phone customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide customer service.
• Answer customer questions and suggest additional or alternative products.
• Perform the duties required to complete orders.
• Keep timely and accurate records of product movement and customer-order status.
• Take an active role in inventory management.
• Maintain the inventory and customer display area.
• Assist Outside Sales as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
