About The Position

Inside Parts Sales III is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role manages complex key accounts, develops commercial sales opportunities, supports product expansion, and helps coach junior specialists. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A 15% shift differential applies to hours worked Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. and to any hours worked on Saturday or Sunday. The stated pay range is $27.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of parts, sales, or service experience desired.
• Proficiency in company systems, procedures, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex key accounts, maintaining customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and high-touch communication.
• Research market opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, and grow the existing customer base to expand market share.
• Identify inventory gaps and recommend new OEM or aftermarket products or services to management.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists on catalog research, upselling strategies, and systems training.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, delivery personnel, team members, and leadership to improve processes and cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the business.
