About The Position

JX Enterprises is hiring an Inside Parts Sales III in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The employee will manage complex key accounts, develop commercial business, help expand parts and product offerings, and support the development of junior specialists. The position is scheduled Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A 15% shift differential applies to hours worked Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. and/or on weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of parts, sales, or service experience desired.
• Proficiency with company systems, procedures, and policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Curious mindset, strong integrity, entrepreneurial pioneering spirit, and passion for continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex key accounts, maintain customer satisfaction, and provide expert technical knowledge and high-touch communication.
• Research market opportunities, prospect new commercial accounts, and grow the existing customer base to expand market share.
• Identify inventory gaps and recommend new OEM or aftermarket products and services to management.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 specialists in catalog research, upselling strategies, and systems training.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to support process improvement.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to cultivate positive customer experiences.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
