ECI Moncton is looking for an Inside Parts Sales - Back Counter. As an Inside Parts Sales - Back Counter, you are the person customers rely on to keep their equipment running strong, matching the right parts with real-world needs without missing a beat. This is a hands-on, detail-driven environment where teamwork matters, service comes first, and no two days look the same. If you are sharp, dependable, and motivated by getting things done right the first time, you will fit right in!

Requirements

Previous Experience and knowledge of commercial trucks and trailer parts an asset (but the drive to learn quickly required!)
Top-notch communication and customer service skills.
A positive, team-first attitude that makes you easy to work with.
Ability to thrive in a steady environment.
Comfort with computers (ADP/CDK experience is a bonus).
Forklift certification? That’s an asset too!

Responsibilities

Work primarily with Technicians to ensure they have the parts they need
Be the friendly face at the parts counter, helping customers find exactly what they need.
Handle phone inquiries with confidence and expertise.
Keep our modern parts showroom stocked, organized, and looking sharp.
Support our outside sales team and service department
Dive into parts lookups and ordering with precision and speed.
