The Inside Loan Officer originates and closes high volumes of private lending, BPL, and DSCR loans for real estate investors nationwide. The role is intended for proven producers with an established book of business, investor relationships, and the ability to self-source business; company-provided leads supplement rather than replace the Loan Officer’s existing business. The production target is $3 million or more in funded loans per month, with significant upside for higher-volume producers. The Loan Officer manages opportunities from initial conversation through closing, develops new investor relationships, expands existing client relationships, and generates repeat and referral business. The position includes a high-volume, phone-first sales approach and requires disciplined follow-up, pipeline management, and a commitment to a five-star client experience. Business development includes attending local investor meetups weekly, traveling to industry conventions and conferences, hosting investor and client events, and building a strong presence in the Tampa market. The role is based in Tampa, Florida, and is described as hybrid with three days onsite; elsewhere the posting describes it as in-office. Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commission, company-provided leads, full benefits, and a 401(k) with a 3% company match. New Loan Officers are eligible for a $2,500 monthly commission guarantee for the first four months, accelerated commission opportunities during that period, and company-provided leads from the start. Candidates bringing a transferable pipeline may receive an additional 15 basis points for the first four months. All new Loan Officers complete a 90-day probationary period. Following successful completion, they may begin developing broker business nationally, subject to company guidelines and applicable requirements.
