About The Position

Drive business through ESET’s channel partners and distributors with support from senior colleagues/manager. Focus on partnership, profiling and cross sell/upsell. This includes building and managing a qualified pipeline of channel partners within a defined geographic territory/ accounts split. Working with external Channel Account Managers and SE.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in French is required for this position, with strong proficiency in English
  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or a related field
  • Hybrid work environment (two days per week in-office), supporting Quebec and Eastern Canada
  • Must be flexible and available to meet the needs of the department, as well as prospects and customers of ESET
  • Up to 10% travel required to support partners, attend events, and participate in in-person collaboration, including trainings, offsites, and team-building activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM environment
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate pipeline of business
  • Proactively reaching out to our end user customers to secure upcoming renewals and look for addon, upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Work with and assist ESET resellers and distribution partners as required throughout the sales process to complete sales through the channel
  • Maintain accurate account and contact information
  • Respond to voicemails per company policy
  • Provide & process any and all sales related materials (Quotes, Sales orders, Invoices, Trial Licenses, Etc.) for channel partners
  • Handle and/or resolve ESET license credential inquiries/issues for channel partners
  • Record and maintain accurate notes for all sales-related activity in Salesforce
  • Provide back-up support to sales team colleagues as needed/required by management
  • Attend all sales meetings and trainings as required.
