The Inside Account Manager (IAM) acts as the key point of contact for all customers within their defined book of business & territory, building strong and professional relationships at multiple levels within the customer/prospect organization in order to maintain and build a strong Citron hygiene footprint within the territory. The Inside Account Manager represents the entire range of Citron services, consumables, and equipment to all customers within their defined book of business and works together, as needed, with the sales manager, subject matter experts, operations, marketing, vendors, and other company resources to manage day-to-day business. The Inside Account Manager is an integral part of the selling organization and is looked upon as a sales expert, therefore collaboration within the selling team and participation in various training initiatives will be part of the role. Activity and revenue expectations are set monthly and reported through Citron CRM tool, Salesforce.com (SFDC) Dashboards and monthly reports. Performance meetings are held monthly with the Sales Manager to provide support with accounts, funnel review, SFDC platform assistance and supplemental product information. This is currently a hybrid role at our Markham office.
