About The Position

The Inpatient Rehabilitation Program Director will direct the development and implementation of clinical program strategies, policies, standards, and departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives. This role involves managing all staffing activities, including hiring, training, professional development, and performance evaluations. The director will partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems, contain costs, roll out new services, and drive performance measures. Additionally, the director will oversee the department budget, monitoring expenditures and approving purchases to ensure strict financial compliance.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Responsibilities
