Inpatient rehab APP
About The Position
MedCap Health is hiring a full-time Inpatient rehab APP to provide high-quality, effective management for patients with rehabilitation needs. Working closely with the attending physician, the APP manages acute and chronic conditions and supports seamless, comprehensive care. The position is part of an interdisciplinary team and involves regular communication and collaboration with the Director of Nursing, social worker, and other key staff to coordinate and improve patient care. MedCap Health is a physician-led organization focused on inpatient rehabilitation care. It provides a range of medical specialties and works with skilled nursing facilities and inpatient rehabilitation facilities. The organization offers clinicians autonomy, flexible scheduling, administrative support, and opportunities for growth. The schedule is Monday through Friday on the day shift, with no nights or weekends.
Requirements
- Board-certified geriatric, family, or adult Nurse Practitioner (ANCC, ACHPN, or AANP).
- At least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Prior experience in critical care or pulmonology.
