About The Position
The LPN provides supportive or restorative care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician, as defined by the North Carolina Board of Nursing. This position is in inpatient rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.
- Hold a current LPN license with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing.
- Hold current AHA CBLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide supportive or restorative care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
