About The Position
Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC) is seeking an Inpatient Program Director for its facility in Fitzgerald, GA. This involves leading and managing an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care, implementing community education initiatives, and overseeing the operational compliance of the Behavioral Health Unit.
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- BLS
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in state of GA
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Experience working in psychiatric behavioral health
- Five years Management experience
- Master’s Degree Nursing
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and collaborate with a small, interdisciplinary team focused on quality patient care and providing services ordered by a physician.
- Energetically lead, implement, and deliver community education on inpatient unit to facility staff, local medical facilities, and community members through presentations, events, and one-on-one conversations.
- Oversee operations Behavioral Health Unit, focusing on Care, Community, and Compliance.
