About The Position

Foundations Behavioral Health is hiring a Primary Therapist for its Inpatient program at its Doylestown, Pennsylvania campus. This is an onsite, full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one weekend per month required. The position offers full-time benefits and is eligible for a $5,000 commitment bonus. The therapist provides behavior-based treatment to children and adolescents through individual, family, and group modalities. The role includes conducting biopsychosocial and behavioral assessments, contributing to multidisciplinary treatment planning, collaborating with youth and families to support positive behavior changes, and developing discharge plans that connect children and families with community aftercare services. Foundations Behavioral Health provides behavioral health treatment and academic services to children, adolescents, and young adults, including individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodiversities. Its services span hospitalization, outpatient care, and academic services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university.
Completion of a supervised clinical experience comprising at least 200 hours; preferably completed as part of the degree program.

Responsibilities

Provide behavior-based therapeutic services to children and adolescents through individual, family, and group modalities.

Collaborate with youth and their families to address positive behavior changes.
Develop discharge plans with children and families, including community aftercare services to provide continued support after discharge.
