About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree required
Current license to practice pharmacy in the State of Arizona

Nice To Haves

Hematology/Oncology experience preferred
Hospital experience desirable
Completion of a PGY2 residency in Hematology/Oncology or PGY1 residency plus 3 years of Hematology/Oncology experience
Experience with chemotherapy sterile admixture preparation preferred
