Physician - Hematology Oncology
About The Position
UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an opportunity for a Hematology Oncology Physician to join its Cancer Centers in Hinsdale and Bolingbrook. The physician will be based at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Centers, described as Leapfrog A/CMS 4-star facilities, and will provide care across the Hinsdale and Bolingbrook clinic locations. The role includes weekday call rotation and weekend call coverage at a frequency of 1:6–8, with weekend rounding at the hospitals in Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, and La Grange. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and U.S. residency program.
- Hold a current Illinois physician medical license in good standing.
- Be board certified or board eligible in Hematology and Oncology.
Responsibilities
- Provide hematology and oncology care at the Hinsdale and Bolingbrook Cancer Centers.
- Participate in weekday call rotation.
- Provide weekend call coverage on a 1:6–8 rotation.
- Round on weekends at the hospitals in Bolingbrook, Hinsdale, and La Grange.
