Inpatient PT CNM at Women & Infants Hospital
About The Position
Women’s Care is seeking an Inpatient Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join its established Obstetrics & Gynecology Collaborative Practice in Coastal Rhode Island. The collaborative practice has four locations and 12 CNMs and provides a continuum of health care. The midwifery group manages 100–120 births per month and serves an established, diverse patient population, with supportive in-house physician colleagues and an emphasis on work-life balance. This is a 28-hour-per-week inpatient position consisting of two 14-hour overnight shifts per week, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The schedule includes a shared rotation of holiday and weekend coverage. Part-time midwives are also eligible to work per diem shifts. The role offers the opportunity to work in the new 18,000-square-foot Brown University Labor and Delivery Center addition, featuring 20 modern private rooms. The practice is committed to supporting midwifery education and preceptorship once established. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
