The Charles Lea Center is seeking an Innovation Coordinator to develop and implement a new service in Tennessee aimed at assisting young adults in their communities. This role focuses on a person-centered, employment-first, and technology-first approach to providing services. The Innovation Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Regional Manager of Innovative Services, supporting individuals to live more effective and meaningful lives by securing non-traditional services that combine staff support and enabling technologies. This includes residential, employment, and community supports, with key areas in assessment, person-centered planning, linking people to services, training, and advocacy. The position requires a candidate who is grounded in person-centered thinking and can foster a creative, forward-thinking approach.
