An Innovation Coordinator (IC) works under the guidance of the Regional Manager of Innovative Services. The primary focus of the IC is to support people to live more effective and meaningful lives by working with them to secure nontraditional services that encompass a combination of staff supports and enabling technologies. This includes residential, employment, and community supports. Key areas include assessment, person centered / MAP's planning, linking people to services, training, and advocacy. The Charles Lea Center is looking to hire a full-time Innovation Coordinator in Montgomery County/Surrounding counties. The role is designed to help young adults in the communities where they live, learn, work, and play, using a unique approach built around person centered, employment first, and technology first thinking. The Innovation Coordinator will foster a creative and forward-thinking approach to providing services in Tennessee.
