The Charles Lea Center is seeking an Innovation Coordinator to develop and implement a new service in Tennessee aimed at assisting young adults in their communities. This role utilizes a person-centered, employment-first, and technology-first approach. The Innovation Coordinator will support individuals to live more effective and meaningful lives by securing non-traditional services that combine staff support and enabling technologies. This includes residential, employment, and community supports, with key areas focusing on assessment, person-centered planning (MAPs), linking people to services, training, and advocacy. The position operates under the guidance of the Regional Manager of Innovative Services and must adhere to the standards and regulations set by the Tennessee Department of Disability and Aging (DDA).
