About The Position
Protiviti is seeking curious and motivated individuals to join their team as Innovation Consultants. Consultants will work with clients, typically leading global companies, to solve complex business challenges and implement innovative solutions. The position emphasizes developing versatile consultants with a broad range of capabilities and skill sets. They will learn alongside experienced leaders and advisors, develop a strong understanding of business processes, and build technical skills in general risk areas. Consultants will compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights. They will develop professional relationships grounded in trust, manage time and priorities effectively, take ownership of assignments, and contribute to collective results. Talent Managers will assign projects supporting career growth, skills, and business needs, with a network of advisors available for guidance. Opportunities exist to join committees, participate in employee network groups, and engage in social, civic, and networking activities. Innovation consultants will help design, build, test, and deploy technology solutions using AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, MS SQL, Python, and UI Path. They will apply software development best practices, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and stay current on emerging technologies. Their work aims to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance outcomes. Consultants contribute to automation initiatives across the full lifecycle, including Automation Discovery & Program Establishment, AI & Intelligent Automation Deployment, Automation-as-a-Service, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Enablement. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Information Systems or related fields)
- Authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
- Works effectively in teams, as well as independently
- Being creative and analytical to assist in problem solving
- Passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and information
- Embraces challenges with a growth mindset and contributes to meaningful outcomes
- Seeks feedback and guidance to strengthen performance
