Consultants will apply software development best practices, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and stay current on emerging technologies. Their work streamlines operations, reduces manual effort, and enhances outcomes across the organization, contributing to automation initiatives spanning the full lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Information Systems or related fields)
- Authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
- Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
- Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
- Works effectively in teams, as well as independently
- Being creative and analytical to assist in problem solving
- Passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and information
- Embraces challenges with a growth mindset and contributes to meaningful outcomes
- Seeks feedback and guidance to strengthen performance
- Drive towards obtaining professional certifications and a strong academic background
- Familiarity of business processes frameworks, digital technologies, engineering principles, BI/analytics, and emerging technologies

- Interest in advanced analytics, data visualization, and AI and automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Platform, Python, Tableau, UI Path)

- Partner with cross functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and certifications.
- Contribute to automation initiatives spanning the full lifecycle, including Automation Discovery & Program Establishment, AI & Intelligent Automation Deployment, Automation ‑as‑a‑Service, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Enablement.
