About The Position

Protiviti is seeking curious and motivated individuals to join their team as Innovation Consultants. Innovation consultants will experience a variety of projects designed to fuel curiosity, build capability, drive meaningful impact, and uncover hidden strengths. They will learn alongside experienced leaders and advisors to develop a strong understanding of business processes and build technical skills in general risk areas. Consultants will compile and analyze data, document findings, and communicate insights. They will develop professional relationships grounded in trust, supporting exceptional client service. A successful consultant manages time and priorities effectively, takes ownership of assignments, and contributes impactfully to collective results. Consultants receive hands-on training in a supportive, high-performance environment and interact with leaders across the practice. Talent Managers will assign specific project experiences that support career growth, skills, and business needs. A network of advisors will help navigate challenges and celebrate milestones. Innovation consultants help design, build, test, and deploy technology solutions that improve efficiency across all of Protiviti’s capabilities, using AI, advanced analytics, and automation tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Microsoft Power Platform, MS SQL, Python, and UI Path. They apply software development best practices, partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, and stay current on emerging technologies. Their work streamlines operations, reduces manual effort, and enhances outcomes. Consultants contribute to automation initiatives spanning the full lifecycle, including Automation Discovery & Program Establishment, AI & Intelligent Automation Deployment, Automation-as-a-Service, and SAP S/4HANA Migration Enablement. Protiviti practices a hybrid model, combining in-person with purpose and remote work. Requirements will vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. People work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, Information Systems or related fields)
  • Authorization to work in the United States for Protiviti without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Experience solving problems using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Copilot, GenAI, etc.)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and innovation to client engagements across various industries
  • Technical proficiency aligning to assigned capability area
  • Works effectively in teams, as well as independently
  • Being creative and analytical to assist in problem solving
  • Passionate about evaluating, synthesizing, organizing, and interpreting data and information
