Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to close sales and exceed goals
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
Valid driver's license
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
Safely set up and remove ladders from company vehicles
Access and walk residential roofing systems
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
Perform repetitive physical movements as required during inspections

Responsibilities

Conducting residential roof and siding inspections
Identifying storm-related and age-related damage
Generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and canvassing
Educating homeowners on roofing systems and restoration options
Guiding customers through the insurance claims process
Working directly with insurance adjusters when necessary
Preparing and presenting detailed estimates
Building trust through a consultative sales approach
Managing customer relationships from initial consultation through project completion
Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
