About The Position

Taylor Corporation is hiring an Ink Technician at its Precision Press facility in Fresno, California. The role coordinates ink requirements, mixes inks, maintains ink inventory, and reorders ink and related supplies as needed. The technician completes paperwork and maintains accurate records, coordinates work according to production needs, and prioritizes tasks to minimize production downtime. The position also follows safety procedures and may cross-train or perform other positions within the Pre-Press Department.

The schedule is second shift, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The anticipated pay range is $18–$22 per hour. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The role requires the ability to lift 45 pounds several times daily.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of prior press exposure.
• Good verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and internal staff.
• Decision-making skills based on production needs.
• Ability to visually recognize colors and formulate inks.
• Knowledge of press room and order flow.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers.
• Ability to lift 45 pounds several times daily.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
