Injection Molding Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its 2nd shift. This role is crucial for ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of designated production groups. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement. This includes leading team problem-solving initiatives and facilitating workshops to enhance quality improvement methods. The role also involves handling personnel issues, ensuring proper team management, and fostering individual development. A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, intervening to mitigate risks and improve working conditions.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in engineering/Diploma, with a specialization in Production.
- 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Operational level of English.
