About The Position

The Production Supervisor leads daily injection molding manufacturing operations and ensures production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The role oversees production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors quality standards, supports employee training and development, and helps maintain a clean and organized work environment. The supervisor manages staffing needs, troubleshoots production issues, ensures compliance with safety and company procedures, and works closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly.

The schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Forklift license.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Solid basic math skills.
• Familiarity with and ability to use hand tools.
• General computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to complete training and higher-education courses.
• Ability to operate basic technology.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and applications.
• Prior work in a manufacturing environment.
