About The Position

The Injection Molding Operator performs all manufacturing tasks in the injection molding area following established procedures, including documentation and guidelines. This role involves inspecting injection molding products to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met, adhering to all safety guidelines, and following instructions. The operator must be willing to learn new manufacturing techniques, possess a positive attitude, maintain good attendance, and be able to train new employees.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of document management and database operations.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English language and be understood.
Must have basic organizational, communication, time management skills
Must be basic and accurate in the use of computer software programs and accessing information from the company computer system
Basic math skills

Medical Device product and/or market knowledge
Work experience with a medical device manufacturer
Injection Molding knowledge
