Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automated production engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience as a project manager.
  • Knowledge of machine safety.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 (AI, IoT, Big Data).
  • Be creative and innovative.
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
  • Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.

Nice To Haves

  • Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Act as project manager in the deployment of digital and automation solutions.
  • Develop innovative solutions for the implementation of automated and robotic equipment adapted to client needs.
  • Prepare plans, quotes, and other engineering documents.
  • Support clients in strategic decision-making.
  • Perform the design of automated and robotic systems.
  • Supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in effect at Norda Stelo and at client sites.
