Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automated production engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a project manager.
- Knowledge of machine safety.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 (AI, IoT, Big Data).
- Be creative and innovative.
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
- Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written.
Nice To Haves
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (an asset).
Responsibilities
- Act as project manager in the deployment of digital and automation solutions.
- Develop innovative solutions for the implementation of automated and robotic equipment adapted to client needs.
- Prepare plans, quotes, and other engineering documents.
- Support clients in strategic decision-making.
- Perform the design of automated and robotic systems.
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in effect at Norda Stelo and at client sites.
