For patients, we provide access to advanced therapies along with the personalized clinical and financial support needed to manage chronic conditions. For providers, we simplify specialty medication treatment by reducing the administrative and clinical challenges associated with complex therapies. TwelveStone Health Partners supports patients throughout their healthcare journey, including the transition from acute to post-acute care environments and the path from illness to improved health. We are currently licensed to provide services in all 50 states. We are seeking an Infusion Center Medical Receptionist to support our infusion center operations. This position serves as a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families while providing essential administrative support to ensure efficient clinic workflows. The Medical Receptionist will assist with patient check-in, scheduling, insurance verification, payment collection, and other clerical responsibilities while demonstrating TwelveStone’s values and commitment to exceptional patient care. This is an on-site position and is not eligible for telework.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar administrative role, medical practice setting/reception preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
  • Welcome patients and families while providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Check patients in for scheduled infusion center appointments.
  • Answer incoming calls, route calls appropriately, and provide general assistance as needed.
  • Collect and update patient information, including insurance details, demographics, and home medication lists.
  • Verify insurance benefits prior to infusion center appointments.
  • Collect patient payments, including out-of-pocket expenses and co-insurance amounts.
  • Receive, organize, and process mail, documents, and other administrative materials.
  • Scan and maintain patient documentation according to established procedures.
  • Maintain reliable attendance, report to work on time, and perform additional duties as assigned.
