About The Position

The Infrastructure Project Manager leads enterprise technology initiatives, including cloud migrations, data center modernization, network transformation, infrastructure upgrades, end-user computing, and security projects. The role drives delivery from planning through implementation, coordinating cross-functional technical teams and business stakeholders. This is a contract position based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a hybrid schedule requiring three onsite days per week. The role is W2 only. The listed pay range is $55.00–$62.00 per hour. The position is anticipated to close on November 4, 2026.

Requirements

At least 5 years of project management experience supporting infrastructure or technology initiatives.
Experience leading cloud migrations, data center projects, network transformations, or enterprise infrastructure upgrades.
Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and IT operations.
Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end infrastructure project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources.
Lead initiatives involving cloud platforms, network infrastructure, servers, storage, virtualization, and workplace technologies.
Coordinate with engineering, security, operations, vendors, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Track project financials, dependencies, risks, and executive-level reporting.
Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder communication, and project status reviews.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
