About The Position
Responsible for varied engineering assignments requiring knowledge of an engineering specialty. Uses and applies advanced engineering principles and has a working knowledge of advanced technical research within a particular field of specialization. Plans, conducts, and coordinates engineering assignments; participates in planning objectives; evaluates complex, special, and advanced engineering tasks; and investigates and advises on unusual and difficult problems encountered in engineering practice.
Responsibilities
- Manages development and execution of task-based assignments or projects in the order received and/or based on criticality.
- Collaborates with multiple departments on new infrastructure builds and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
- Communicates direction on designing and implementing new solutions.
- Advises managers on status updates, issues, and/or concerns.
- Assists in maintaining and updating documentation.
- Provides onsite and remote assistance as needed.
- Participates in planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog sessions.
- Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
- Identifies areas of opportunity to improve the service offering.
