•$120,000 - $180,000•Remote

About The Position

As an Infrastructure Engineer on CrowdStrike’s TechOps CICD Image Management team, you will help build, maintain, and deliver the golden images that power CrowdStrike’s software factory at scale. Linux is central to the image fleet, with macOS and Windows also supported across a multi-platform pipeline used by thousands of daily builds and tests. You will contribute to Ceramic, CrowdStrike’s internal golden-image build platform, which automates the image lifecycle from upstream operating systems through hardening, compliance testing, SBOM tracking, and approval workflows. The role owns both the images and the platform that produces them, with a strong emphasis on Python automation and Infrastructure as Code. The position requires at least four years of experience in a software or infrastructure engineering environment and participation in an on-call rotation. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders. The role also calls for strong communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, a security mindset, and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team across time zones. The position is remote. The U.S. base salary range is $120,000–$180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
