Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Business System Configuration / Development II, ANS
About The Position

This role will be based out of the company office in Minot, with field offices in Keene and Tioga, and other company locations as needed. The role involves weekly field office visits, year-round, driving in all weather and road conditions associated with North Dakota using company vehicles. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to drive in all weather and road conditions associated with North Dakota.
- Must be able to support a range of devices including PCs, laptops, desktops, iOS and Android mobile devices, printers, LAN equipment, and AV equipment.
- Must be able to manage workplace devices including laptops, desktops, and iOS devices.
- Must be able to perform hardware maintenance, software support, and Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes (IMACs).
- Must be able to troubleshoot printers, drive mappings, permissions, and other end-user computing environment issues.
- Must be able to provide onsite desktop services in English.
- Must be able to support company hardware and software maintenance across all designated locations.
- Must be able to manage single-user incidents, VIP tickets, and P2, P3, and P4 priority tickets, along with service requests.
- Must be able to support iOS and Android mobile devices.
- Must be able to support enterprise software that is part of the company's standard workplace image for desktops and laptops.
- Must be able to coordinate printer queue management and break/fix support.
- Must be able to support Apple Mac OS for remote connectivity applications such as Citrix.
- Must be able to provide meeting support and assist users with AV hardware.
- Must be able to set up and install AV equipment including projectors, TVs, speakers, microphones, and cameras.
- Must be able to maintain the functionality of AV technology and replace non-working, damaged, or obsolete equipment.
- Must be able to perform minor equipment repairs and replace user-serviceable parts on AV equipment.
- Must be able to adapt to location changes.

- Experience with LogMeIn as the primary remote-control tool.
- Experience with company remote control software as a backup method.
Responsibilities
- Support a range of devices including PCs, laptops, desktops, iOS and Android mobile devices, printers, LAN equipment, and AV equipment.
- Manage workplace devices including laptops, desktops, and iOS devices — handling optimization and configuration for each.
- Perform hardware maintenance, software support, and Installs, Moves, Adds & Changes (IMACs).
- Troubleshoot printers, drive mappings, permissions, and other end-user computing environment issues.
- Provide onsite desktop services in English for supported desktops, software, and devices at company-designated locations.
- Perform desktop services in a manner that minimizes interruptions to daily operations.
- Proactively maintain supported desktops, software, and devices to reduce downtime.
- Support company hardware and software maintenance across all designated locations.
- Use LogMeIn as the primary remote-control tool, with company remote control software as a backup method only.
- Manage single-user incidents, VIP tickets, and P2, P3, and P4 priority tickets, along with service requests — but will not manage P1 tickets.
- Support iOS and Android mobile devices, including mobile device management where applicable.
- Support enterprise software that is part of the company's standard workplace image for desktops and laptops.
