At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before. You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future. The work involves guiding front-end development, site readiness, design coordination, entitlement alignment, utility interfaces, and early risk mitigation. It also includes coordinating early development activities such as site documentation review, existing conditions assessments, and due diligence tracking. The role supports the development of the Owner’s Project Requirements and ensures alignment with design, procurement, permitting, and construction strategies. You will review design submissions, environmental surveys, geotechnical reports, and utility studies for risks, gaps, and opportunities. A development action plan will be maintained to track key decisions, permitting milestones, utility commitments, and site constraints. Coordination with permitting, utility, design, procurement, and project controls leads is essential to align development decisions with cost and schedule. Support for value engineering, constructability reviews, phasing analysis, and site logistics planning is also part of the role. You will prepare development status updates, decision papers, risk summaries, and executive-ready materials for Owner review. Finally, you will help transition development-phase knowledge into construction-phase controls, contracts, reporting, and closeout requirements.
